Our Guarantee

We take great pride in the quality of our birds and would never knowingly sell an ill or defective bird. We guarantee that your bird(s) will arive in healthy condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your bird(s) you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the bird(s). Upon return of the bird(s) we will either replace the bird or refund the purchase price of the bird. Shipping costs for returning the bird and/or the shipping cost of the replacement bird(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping must be by approved airline shipping methods.
